The control systems in the Inductive Control Unit (ICU) range operate with inductive energy transfer. The cables sunk into the ground provide contactless transport of energy. Control signals are transmitted via infrared, RF or also inductively.

The ICU processes measure data during travel and control the transport system by adjusting the speed of the motor. The travel distance is implemented either absolutely or incrementally. Many different speed profiles and control options can be implemented with the decentralized motor controller.
